We provide flexible booking options, with appointments available during the day and in the evenings on weekdays, in-person sessions available on Saturdays, and an online clinic on Sundays.

Our fees are transparent and accessible, with therapy sessions priced at £59 or less for single (drop-in) sessions, and £49 or less per session when booking a package of four sessions paid in advance.

We reserve the right to offer discounted therapy rates to single parents, individuals on low incomes, people living with long-term mental or physical disabilities, carers, and students, subject to availability and assessment.

“Therapy will change who I am”

Good therapy doesn’t change who you are. It changes your relationship with who you are.

Therapy is often for people who adapted too well to difficult environments.

Therapy makes you more honest, not artificially happier. Clarity comes before peace.

“Therapy should make me happier”

“Therapy is for people who are broken”
